Our team of caregivers are made up of patient care assistants (PCAs), which is someone with 6 months or more experience caring for the elderly, State tested nursing assistants (STNAs) which is someone who has completed and passed the certification course and lastly Certified home health aids (CHHA) which is someone who holds a home health aid certificate. Our entire team from office managers to direct service providers remain dedicated to serving the elderly population in the community. Our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers is committed to providing the absolute best home health service.

We can assist patients during the recovery process from illness or chronic disease in the comfort of their home or in their retirement community such as Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care Units, or Rehabilitation Center.

In addition to all these activities, our caregivers will help perform light housekeeping, help complete laundry, grocery shopping, medication reminders, and transportation in certain cases.

Our entire team of direct service providers are background checked with the state dedicated site checks and BCI/FBI finger printed. All must pass criminal checks to proceed to our next hiring step. This is a standard condition of employment for all direct service providers.

STEP 1  Assessment We review the needs of the client based on the care, financial, geographic, and family’s personal preference to best match the needs and interests of the senior to the proper community.

STEP 2  Selection We select appropriate communities based upon our in-depth knowledge of such factors as staffing ratios, apartment design, activities programming, and the overall personality of the community.

STEP 3  Tour  We will accompany you on the tour and help you navigate the process of selecting and moving into your new home.

STEP 4  Follow Up After you have moved into your retirement community of choice we will follow up to make sure you are comfortable, happy, and cared for. We will always be there for you if there are any questions or concerns.
